Before and After School Clubs

We have an onsite before and after school club call WiKidZ!

Booking is via Arbor and sessions must be paid for upon booking. If you wish to pay using childcare vouchers, please make sure these are purchased at least a week before the period you wish to book to allow the office to allocate them on the system. Once they are allocated you will be able to see your balance in Arbor and use this to pay for Before and After School Club.

Morning Session

• We open at 7:30am.
• We are located in the school hall.  Entry is through our main reception.  Just ring the doorbell when you arrive.
• Breakfast is included.
  • Cereal, toast, brioche, fresh fruit, yoghurt, milk, fruit juice and water.
  • Please make us aware of any specific dietary needs.
• There is time for play before the children are safely escorted to their individual classes.

Afternoon Session

• Children are collected from their individual classrooms and taken to the school hall.
• A healthy afternoon snack consists of beans or spaghetti with toast, crudités, pitta pockets, humous, pancakes fresh fruit, milk and water.
• Please make us aware of any specific dietary needs.
• Arts and crafts, board games, puzzles, dressing up, role play and outdoor play.
• We also have many resources such as reading materials and construction toys.
• Children may choose to complete their homework and will have access to an iPad or computer upon request.

Events and Workshops

• WikidZ! Events and Workshops are open to the whole school and will be priced accordingly.  However, if they fall on a day when your child is already in attendance at the club they will not be charged any extra for these.

• Our high-quality childcare is provided by quality childcare practitioners.
• All staff who work at Wikidz! have relevant qualifications and are DBS checked.
• Staff are trained in paediatric and Emergency First Aid to ensure that any incidents can be dealt with immediately.
